Hello my name is Mark and i`m writing this page to help you save money,
mostly i`m writing this out of frustration because all the time I speak with some people, friends, family, or just some random person I just met, the main complaint I hear all the time is about money, then you dig a bit into their life and most of the time I find out it`s not really a problem of them not getting enough money (even tho everyone would always be happy with some extras) but it`s caused by the bad habits they have, if you too are one of those people hear me out (or read) for a bit.
First of all, quit smoking, seriously!
I souldn`t even need to explain this so I won`t waste my and yours time doing so but yeah not only it will save you money, it also comes with health benefits.

Ok now that we stated the obvious let`s move to something that might be actually easier to pull off for starters:
Start cooking some of your meals, the amount of people I know who have most of their meals made for them it`s just staggering and for me it always made no sense, I know a lot of people who have at least two meals a day made for them, starting from a simple take away to the full course meal at the restaurant and while at start it might not seems much at the end of the week/month it really adds up, for example I once met a young man who was working in the same building I was who religiously had breakfast at the cafe, lunch at the pub and dinner take-away, do you have an idea of how much that is going to cost you at the end of the month?

Now of course not everyone is so extreme with their meals but i`m pretty sure everyone is a bit guilty of overspending for their meal and you should probably take a minute to consider if it`s really worth it or if you should cook a bit more for yourself, which again it might come with some added health benefits. Just keep in mind that every decent food shop just to stay in business have to charge you at least 500% what they spend for their ingredients and from there it can only grow up. That means that even if you’re fairly conservative an let’s say on average you buy only a single cheap 8£ take-away meal a day every day at the end of the year it’s going to cost you around 2.300£ more than if you cooked that for yourself, I don’t know about you but that seems quite a bit of money to me.

Same goes for other not strictly necessary stuff like Starbucks or whatever coffee franchise you prefer, if you really need the caffeine to get through the day you can brew your own coffee put in a thermos and adjust the flavour however you like it for almost free.
Saving money it’s all about cutting the useless expenses we have, and if cooking your meals or brewing your drinks it’s too much for you stay tuned, the next time we will try something that requires even less effort.
